Alex King went out jet skiing with a friend a few days before he planned to head off to Clemson University. What started as an exciting afternoon turned scary, quickly. King was involved in an accident with the jet ski and was airlifted to Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center, the region's only Level I trauma center.
